Cannot be combined with any other offer. Offers are subject to change. No cash value. Good only at participating locations. Valid for cardholder only, unless otherwise specified. One card per visit/table, unless otherwise specified. May be asked to show proof of Hawaii residency.

Membership Renewal and Cancellation
Unless otherwise specified, your membership plan renews automatically. You may cancel at anytime. Upon cancellation, your membership will be immediately terminated, and you will no longer be billed.
Refund Policy
Due to the fact that our product is a digital membership, access is granted instantly. That said, we do not issue refunds once your account has been created.
Termination of Use
You agree that we may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the site with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms of Use. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

As a Kama’aina Discount Card member, you agree to hold Kama’aina Discount Card harmless from any and all liability, damage or costs associated with the use of the Kama’aina Discount Card or with any of the products or services provided by the participating merchants.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THIS SITE OR OF ANY WEB SITE REFERENCED OR LINKED TO FROM THIS SITE.
