How do I use my card?

How can I access my card?
You can access your card from any smartphone (iPhone, Android, etc.). Just go to KamaainaDiscountCard.com, and click on the “my account” link at the top-right of the screen. There you can access your card, as well as other membership features.
Do you offer a physical discount card?
In an effort to be as environmentally friendly as possible, we do not offer physical discount cards.
Will you be creating an app for phones?
An app is definitely on our to do list, for now, you can add a bookmark to your phone (works just like an app).

When does my membership expire?
Your Kama’aina Discount Card membership renews annually, your membership expires when you decide to cancel it.
How do I cancel my Kama’aina Discount Card membership?
You can cancel your membership at anytime. To cancel your membership, simply log into your account settings. If you decide to cancel, your membership will end immediately, and you will no longer be billed.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the fact that our product is a digital membership, access is granted instantly. That said, we do not issue refunds once your account has been created. You may cancel your membership at anytime (by logging in to your account settings), and you will no longer be billed.
How do I redeem a gift card?
Go to the order page, and enter your gift code.
Will you be adding more discounts?
Yes! In fact we are constantly adding discounts to the card. We started adding discounts from our hometown of Kailua, Oahu, and are going city by city, to bring more discounts on to the card. Once we cover Oahu, we will focus on the neighbor islands, and beyond.
*We currently have a few discounts from participating merchants that have locations on the neighbor islands, but our current focus is on Oahu.
