No. The program is free for merchants to join. Your commitment is honoring the agreed upon discount/offer.
2) Are there any long term commitments or contracts that I should be made aware of?
No. We keep it simple around here. There are no contracts, and you are not locked into anything.
3) As a participating merchant, what exactly do I need to do?
It’s very simple. When a customer shows their Kama’aina discount Card, simply honor the agreed upon discount/offer. That’s it, we’ll take care of everything else!
4) What does the Kama’aina Discount Card look like?
The Kama’aina Discount Card is a virtual discount card, accessible from any smartphone. It is not a physical card. It is only available on smartphones. Click here, to see an image of the card.
5) What will be provided to my business to identify me as a participating business?
Decals will be provided to you to place at your business. We will also list participating merchants on the website, as well as our mobile website/app.
6) Can the merchant discontinue participation in the program at any time?
Yes. You may discontinue participation at anytime. All we ask is that you give us a 30 day notice so that we can notify our members.
7) Is this really free, this just sounds to good to be true.
Yes, it really is free! Give it a try, if you don’t like anything about the program, let us know and we’ll discontinue your participation. No risk, no pressure at all.
